Shipping

Processing time varies for each order. Estimated shipping times to state within the US are 7-10 business days. We do our absolute best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.  Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be help responsible for delays due to customs.

We are also not responsible for any damages to products while in the care of mailing service.

Returns & exchanges

We cannot accept returns or cancellations. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery, if there is a problem with your order. Items should be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers). Digital downloads, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), and Items on sale.
